What are your thoughts?

Is it possible to WILL a child from your womb? Will there be psycological issues in the child if I just sit and think about how much I want her out of me...about how much I would like to have control of my bladder among other things?

On a side note, I am terrified of having 3 kids. Bloody IUD!

On another side note, I can't wait to meet this little girl and kiss her all over.

My thoughts are. . .

Better you than me. August babies are a doozy.

I just want to say that I think you look fabulous! You look so great for 37 weeks pregnant! Do you remember I looked like Violet Beauregard from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory when I was pregnant with John? You probably could have just rolled me around.. I don't know how I stood up straight.

I can't wait to see pictures! And you'll do great with 3 kids! ;) You are so orderly, you'll have that crew under control in no time!

And Ian says hi!!

Um I am right there with you. I am willing these babies out as soon as my mother gets here!!! As for the question you asked me on my blog, no I don't think I am dilated or effaced. Granted they don't check me. Which kind of bothers me. anyway hopefully we will both be delivered here soon! I will think about you having your baby too! :) Good luck oh and yeah I am scared to have 3 babies TOO!!! At least yours are all different ages.

I personally believe that it is possible to will a baby to come, or at least ask them really nicely. I really really needed my 2nd baby to come on July 21, in the evening. That was 10 days early. I finished what I needed to do that day, rubbed my stomach and told him that if he was ready, I would love it if he could come that night. Contractions started at about 5:30 pm and he was born around 8:30. Having someone really rub your feet and ankles doesn't hurt either--there are places that can help induce labor. I know it sounds wierd, but I've have my mom rub my feet with both kids and they came within 24 hours. Good luck!!
